Another day, another smoothie. Guys, how many of you get bored of all the same old vanilla smoothies? It’s time to spice things up with this banana blueberry vanilla protein smoothie. With over 20g of protein, it’s the perfect smoothie for a hot summer day or after a hard sweat sesh.
Can we just talk about protein shakes for a second? Most of us do not like them and definitely don’t want that gross protein taste from them. Well, that’s where protein smoothies will be your best friend. With just a couple added ingredients you can take a boring bland shake to an over the top protein smoothie full of goodness.
So they may be a little more work but so dang worth it. Also, smoothies are super easy to prep in advance. Simply add the ingredients you want in them and then when you’re ready to make them just add your almond milk and protein powder.

This smoothie is made up of a combination of creamy frozen banana, fresh blueberries, and vanilla protein powder. Topped off with chia seeds that add tons of fiber and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It is the best blend if you need some new ideas for your list of go-to smoothies.

Banana Blueberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
In a blender, add unsweetened almond milk, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend well.
