It’s been quite a crazy start to spring, cleaning and decluttering are always on the list for me. This week I started in the kitchen, it feels so refreshing and made me ready to get back into the kitchen and create more recipes!
So while the weather is warming up not sure about you, but it gets me wanting to spend more time outdoors and less time cleaning and cooking.
That’s what makes this recipe so good, it’s not messy, and it’s quick and easy. So I call that a win-win.
This recipe will have you in and out of the kitchen in less than 25 minutes. I loved pairing these healthy turkey meatballs with zucchini noodles but you could pair it with cauliflower rice or quinoa.
These healthy turkey meatballs were made with minimal ingredients including green onions, garlic, breadcrumbs and a few more that keep it easy to prepare.
So if you need lunch or dinner on the table quickly, try out this healthy turkey meatball recipe. Not only is it quick it is an easy recipe that you can quickly meal prep.

Healthy Turkey Meatballs
- 1 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup green onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
Heat a large skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic and onion over medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
In a medium bowl add lean ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg and seasonings including the cooled garlic and onions.
With clean washed hands mix well and scoop meatballs, measuring 2 tbsp each and add to baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through
